Direct roving or single strand roving is drawn directly from 2000 or 4000 holes and continuous fiber bushing. It is mainly used for winding and pultrusion molding, and it is suitable for UP, VE and EP.
Except for normal specifications，Special specification can be customized.
1.Even tension,excellent chopped performance and dispersion,good flow ability under mold press.
2.Fast and complete wet-out.
3.Low static,no fuzz.
4.High mechanical strength.
Finished products could meet skyscraping bursting strength and endure tiredness capability request,suitable
for high pressure pipes and pressure containers and series of insulated tube and high/low voltage in the eletric
field. Widely used for tent pole,FRP doors and windows etc.
Each rolls is approximately 18KG, 48/64 rolls a tray, 48 rolls are 3 floors and 64 rolls are 4 floors. The 20-foot container holds about 22 tons.

This product should be stocked in dry and cool places. The best condition is with temperature between 15-35 °c, with a relative humidity between 30% and 70%. Please keep the product in its original packing before use to avoid moisture.
