4.5mm E-glass fiber chopped strands for brake pads used in brake and clutch of automobile , motorcycle , locomotives and aeroplane as raw material with excellent properties of stability, low rate of friction loss and good heating conductivity.
Fiberglass chopped strands for brake pads is cutting from long fiberglass roving which was treated by special sizing used as filler with modified phenolic resin in production of brake pads,brake lining,brake drum,brake block,clutch plate.It also can be used with epoxy,modified silicone in friction materials.This fiber has excellent flow ability and dispersion with liquid resin or dry mixing with other materials and additives during production.It is the best and economical alternative material of asbestos.

Usually it is used as a reinforcing material in the fields of thermoplastics, thermosetting plastics, high-temperature composite structures, brake pads, clutch linings, friction material, wear-resistant filler, cable sheathing, gaskets, slot insulation, phase insulation barrier, interturn insulation and so on.
E-Glass Chopped Strands are packaged in kraft bags or woven bags, about 25kg per bag, 4 bags per layer, 8 layers per pallet and 32 bags per pallet, Each 32 bags of products are packed by multilayer shrink film and packing band. Also the product can be packed as the customers' reasonable
Delivery Detail: 15 days after receiving the deposit.
This product should be stocked in dry and cool places. The best condition is within temperature between 15-35℃, with a relative humidity between 30% and 70%. Please keep the product in its original packing before use to avoid moisture.
