THERMOPLASTIC FIBERGLASS CHOPPED STRANDS

Yuniu Thermoplastic Chopped Strands are coated with a silane sizing agent, making

them compatible with a variety of resin systems, such as PP, PE, PA66, PA6, PBT, and PET.
They are renowned for their excellent filament integrity, superior flowability, and processing performance, resulting in superior mechanical properties and high surface quality in the finished product.

Suitable for extrusion and injection molding processes, they can be used to produce: plastic granules, masterbatches, polymers, automotive parts, electronic and electrical components, etc.

Color Masterbatch

Yuniu fiberglass chopped strands, used as a reinforcing filler, can be melt-mixed with color powder to improve the mechanical strength and thermal stability of color masterbatch.
Plastic Granules

Adding thermoplastic chopped strands to plastic granules improves their wear resistance and impact resistance, making them especially suitable for engineering plastics and composite materials.
