HIGH SILICA NEEDLE MAT
High Silica Needle Mat is made from fine E-glass fibers using a needle-punched felt manufacturing process. It possesses excellent insulation and electrical properties and contains no adhesives.
The tiny gaps formed during the manufacturing process give the product excellent thermal insulation properties, allowing it to withstand temperatures up to 1100℃.
While ordinary fiberglass needle mat are suitable for general industrial and civilian environments, high Silica needle mats are better suited for environments with high temperature and corrosiveness requirements.
