FIBERGLASS SMC ROVING
Fiberglass SMC Roving is a specialized reinforcement material used in the production of high-performance composite components. During the SMC sheet production process, it
is cut into 25 mm lengths and dispersed in a resin paste, combining the strength and durability of glass fiber with the processability of thermoset resin.
It is primarily used in the manufacture of electrical enclosures, automotive components, sanitary ware, water tank panels, septic tanks, gypsum board, park bench and various types of seating.
Yuniu Fiberglass SMC Roving is soft, reducing blade wear during cutting. Furthermore, its low hairiness maintains a smooth surface and enhances the appearance of water tank board.
Glass Fiber SMC Roving offers high electrical insulation and corrosion resistance. When used for insulation, it enhances the appearance and aesthetics of electrical switch boxes, instrument boxes, and electrical enclosures.
Yuniu Fiberglass SMC Rovings are high-strength, resulting in smooth gypsum board surfaces that bond well with the resin, effectively preventing black spots on the gypsum board caused by incomplete impregnation.
