Ground fiber

(1) chopped strand short wire and short cut original wire. The former used in the promotion of plastic production, while the latter is used for paper. For the FRP chopped strand is divided into enhanced thermosetting resin (BMC) with chopped strand and enhanced thermoplastic resin with two categories of chopped strand. The requirements for the use of chopped strand yarns for enhanced thermoplastics are excellent in alkali-free glass fibers, high strength and electrical insulation, and good bunching, good flowability and high whiteness. Enhanced thermosetting plastic chopped strand requires a good bunch, easy for the resin quickly soaked, with good mechanical strength and electrical properties.

(2) ground fiber grinding fiber by the hammer mill or ball mill will be chopped from the chopped fiber. The ground fiber is mainly used as a reinforcing material in the enhanced reaction injection process (RRIM). It is used as a filler for resin in the manufacture of products such as cast products, molds and the like to improve the surface crack phenomenon, reduce the molding shrinkage, and also be used as a reinforcing material.
