     In the Tariff Regulations, glass fiber slivers, rovings, yarns and chopped fibers are in the same first-level subheading, and three tariff numbers are divided under it: 7019.1100 is chopped fiber with a length not exceeding 50 mm; 7019.1200 is Roving; and sliver, yarn and chopped fiber longer than 50 mm are included in 7019.1900.

According to the "Import and Export Tariff Commodities and Item Notes", "chopped fiber" is a product made by cutting many parallel long strands of glass fiber into short lengths.

"Glass fiber roving" is composed of one or more loose, basically untwisted (twist less than 5 turns per meter) long strands of glass fiber. It is usually used to produce long glass fiber

    Silk yarn can also be used directly to spin certain glass fiber fabrics.

    Therefore, pay attention to distinguishing, not all "chopped fibers" are in the tax code 7019.1100, depending on the length may be classified in the tax code 7019.1900. Not all "long fibers" are rovings. Only untwisted long strands of fiber are classified under tax number 7019.1200, and slivers and yarns that have been reprocessed from the original filament are classified under tax number 7019.1900.

The 7019.3200 "sheet" (Valley yarn) has a thickness of no more than 5 mm and is a non-woven fabric made of irregularly distributed glass fibers (filaments).
