Chopped Strand Mat is made of E/C Choped Strands, which are randomly distributed and bonded together with polyester binder in powder and emulsion form. The mats are compatible with unsaturated polyester, vinyl ester and other various resins. It's mainly used in hand lay-up, filament winding and compression molding processes. The typical FRP products are panels, tanks, boats, pipes etc.

Packaging and Shipping
Fiberglass Chopped Strand Mat
 
1.  Packing carton size: length 28cm * width 28cm * height 1070mm (width 1040mm), The width is 1040mm, and the roll weight is 33kg/roll; the width is 1250/1270mm, and each roll is about 40kg.
2.  The products are placed vertically or horizontally, and can be shipped in bulk or palletized when transported in containers.
3.  Palletizing method: When palleting, each 16 boxes are placed vertically, the size of the pallet is: length 112cm*width 112cm*thickness 10cm
4.  The number of containers: 20 ft container (20 ft container) is about 10 tons, 40 ft container is about 23 tons.
