Production process and raw materials

There are two kinds of raw materials: finished yarn and waste yarn

The process of making chopped strands from finished yarn as raw material is to chop the yarn directly after drawing, which is relatively expensive and the chopped length is accurate and uniform.

The process of making chopped strands with waste yarn as raw material is to cut the waste yarn with a guillotine cutter after manual smoothing. The cost is low. Due to human factors, the length of chopped strands is not evenly cut with finished yarn.

Packaging and Shipping

The chopped strands are packed in kraft paper bags or woven bags, 25 kg per bag. AR glass: 20kg/bag
Then put 40 bags on a pallet, each 4 bags one layer, stack up 10 layers.
The entire pallet uses multiple layers of shrink film and packaging tape to wrap the product and the tray together.
It can be packaged according to customers' reasonable requirements. . Now we can pack in carton, 3mm, 20 feet container can hold 20 tons, 6mm and above can hold 16 tons. 12mm can hold 16 tons.
