E-glass fiberglass multiaxial fabrics are made of e-glass direct rovings, arranged in parallel at 0°, 90°, +45°, -45°, each layer is usually oriented in one of four directions,
E-glass fiberglass multiaxial includes uniaxial, biaxial, triaxial and quadriaxial fabrics, with entire partial warp, weft and double diagonal layers stitched into a single fabric.

Application

The product is with even thickness, fast wet-out and better reinforcement.
It is mainly applied to the engine room casing, wind deflector, boat, auto frame and pultrusion profiles.

It's compatible with UP,Vinyl Ester and Epoxy etc,used in GRP pultrusion process,hand lay-up process and RTM process etc,out-made products include GRP boats,automobile parts,wind energry blades etc.

Hebei Yuniu Fiberglass Manufaturing Co.,Ltd as a professional fiberglass enterprise, established in 2002, mainly manufactures and distributes E-glass fiber products, such as Direct Roving, Chopped strands, Chopped Strand Mat, Fiberglass mesh, Plain cloth Woven Roving, Multiaxial Fabric, Needle mat and so on.
Three production line, one is in Xintai, it is Furnace for fiberglass roving and fiberglass chopped strand mat .
The other is in Suzhou, it is the production line of fiberglass chopped strands.
The other our fiberglass mesh, the biggest production line in the north part of China.

Packaging & Shipment

Chopped Strands are packaged in kraft bags or woven bags, about 25kg per bag, 4 bags per layer, 8 layers per pallet and 32 bags per pallet, Each 32 bags of products are packed by multilayer shrink film and packing band. Also the product can be packed as the customers' reasonable requirements.

This product should be stocked in dry and cool places. The best condition is within temperature between 15-35℃, with a relative humidity between 30% and 70%. Please keep the product in its original packing before use to avoid moisture.
